If your not completely satisfied with your purchase of the Lazy Otter. We will provide a refund or exchange of the Lazy Otter within 60 days of purchase. Items returned will be refunded at original price plus applicable taxes. Lazy Otter Innovations does not cover shipping and handling on returns that are not defective.
